At Pickup Store Tanzania, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure all products meet the highest standards. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange or return in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights.

Product Exchange Policy

You have the right to exchange a product of inadequate quality with a similar one within 14 days from the date of purchase (excluding the day of purchase). This applies in cases where:

  • The product cannot be used for its intended purpose
  • The product does not satisfy you in terms of shape, size, style, color, or dimensions

Conditions for Exchange:

  • The product has not been used
  • The original appearance and consumer properties are preserved
  • All labels, seals, and packaging are intact
  • The original purchase receipt or proof of purchase is presented

If a similar product is not available at the time of the exchange:

  • You may wait for the product to be restocked
  • You may choose another product from our store with a cost adjustment
  • Or request a full refund of the product’s purchase price

Returns & Refunds for Products of Acceptable Quality

A product of acceptable quality may also be returned for a refund if:

  • It has not been used
  • It is returned within 14 days of purchase
  • All labels, seals, and packaging are intact
  • The product is on the list of exchangeable/returnable products
  • The desired exchange product is not available in stock

Once these conditions are met and the product is accepted back, we will process your refund promptly.

Important Notes

  • Some items may have longer return periods depending on the product category. Please inquire at the time of purchase.
  • Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if the product has visible signs of use or damage not caused by the manufacturer.
