Welcome to Pickup Store Tanzania. By using our services, placing an order, or visiting our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

  • These terms apply to all purchases made through our store or online platforms.
  • Pickup Store Tanzania reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to any changes made.

2. Orders

  • Orders must be placed before 4:00 PM for same-day processing.
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity).

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Tanzanian Shillings (TSh).
  • Payment must be made in full before delivery.
  • Delivery payment is made via M-Pesa to +255 760 228 843.
  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery is made within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • A standard delivery fee of TSh 10,000 applies to all orders.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate delivery information.

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • You have 14 days to request an exchange or return.
  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, with tags, seals, and proof of purchase.
  • If a replacement product is not available, you may opt for a refund or choose a different item with a price adjustment.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Pickup Store Tanzania shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website and social media pages (including logos, text, graphics, and images) is the property of Pickup Store Tanzania and may not be used without permission.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or through competent courts in Tanzania.
